5070ti bugs?

Hello,

So yesterday I installed the game and my 5070 ti was showing horrible fps like 80 around rattay with high graphics and I saw that all 5070 ti users were having this problem of low performance, I had the same performance as my 2080 super which is weird.

Today i went ingame and I had 180 fps on rattay and my graphic settings were changed to what the game believes as "default" everytime i log in the game. I saw most of the settings I had them on super high and some on LOW, changing this settings from LOW to HIGH actually made my fps improve from 180 to 201 wtf?

I don't know what is going on with this game but i have jumped from poor optimization and performance yesterday to +100 fps today with low graphics on some settings and +20 fps changing those to high

I don't understand anything, also noting that I dont need to install what steam tells me to install everytime i log in the game, basically the distributable frameworks that i already have with my high end pc

Well, with all due respect, a quick Google search would have answered your question immediately.
The cities in KDC are not very optimized, that's why Rattay and some other cities won't fully utilize your GPU but CPU. Even if you use a 5090, you won't get more FPS because you CPU is mostly rendering all the shadows and whatnot.

You can simply test it if you turn on overlays and check the GPU/CPU utilization. As soon as you turn down shadow settings (mid to low) your FPS are going to increase big time (only inside cities) because that will exonerate your CPU and put the workload onto your 5070TI.

Simple as that. You either live with it or turn down shadow settings.

I searched google my dear Norman, the thing is now in Rattay I have 140+ fps for no reason while yesterday i had around 80+ weird since i didnt update drivers (wouldnt make a difference tho) and installing what steam required me to install wont make the game run better (those things are for the pcs back of the day the game was released) So yeah I don't understand the jump in improvement of the game from yesterday to today. Maybe devs dead some tweaks? Maybe the game files were bad somehow yesterday and today are running well with my pc? I don't know it's all confusing.

I understand that in Rattay and also depends on the game time you get more or less fps, during early morning i can go up to 180 but as the morning kicks in with all the vendors going to shops etc the fps go down to 140 or so even if you don't see people on the streets i believe the game renders the shops and vendors etc.

Quite confusing my man
