tired of Pestilence side Quest!!!

I dont know everyone came across this issue
I completed the objectives "Investigate the plague in Merhojed" by talking to everyone possible, bury the body and "Speak to Matthias"
Then I approach to Johanka , take Brother Nicodemus, select "Water Poisoning" as the diagnosis, and ensure the correct potion I brew contains Valerian, Thistle, and Charcoal
I gave cure to everyone including the bandit, but he died somehow despite following all the possible steps.
Whats wrong is this a kind of bug?

Did you get message that quest cure everybody completed successfully? When you gave cure to everybody did you come back to brother Nicodemus and inspected wife of that old grumpy man (don't remember his name) whose son was killed? You can't give her cure but you have to inspect her condition, don't know why but only then quest to cure all people in Merhojed will be completed successfully.

If you did not inspect everyone in the village, and did not get correct symptoms of sickness, people in the village will die - even if you will make the right cure.

Yes i cured 3 persons (dead husband's wife, grocer owner, and another was the one making will), then the game pop up cured everyone message.
I interact with brother Nicodemus and the lying woman but no actual dialogues with them.
The problem is after I talked to Melicar and he opened the barn and i was able to access to bandit, i cure the bandit and skip for a few hours.
Then he died.
I don't know what's doing wrong here, i just follow the guides step by steps

Did you leave barn while skipping time? If so it could be that bandit was killed by that old grumpy man whose son was killed. But anyway, if bandit is dad just search his body, he has a letter, take it and continue with main quest.

Did you leave barn while skipping time? If so it could be that bandit was killed by that old grumpy man whose son was killed. But anyway, if bandit is dad just search his body, he has a letter, take it and continue with main quest.

Nope i skip time infront of the bandit. Like 2 hours
He has weird animations of getting up from bed and just drop dead instantaneously, seems like a glitch or bug to me.

It's very timed.

Thankfully now you have autosave at the moment when you pick the quest Pestilence, so you can just reload and prioritize doing it. You will lose some progress on other stuff you did, but that's the price you'll pay.
