PLS HELP WITH MERHOJED AND ROVNA ISSSUE

Hello , could u help me? i found out i have horribly fckd up.

about rovna: the thing is that when i was finding job for people from skalitz in ratay and the cook for the merchant i recommended anezka (idk whats her name in en) she was priestes maid, then i was in sassau and talked to some priest about returning to rovna, after that i talked to the lonenly guy in rovna and it seeemed completed, but in johankas dlc there wasnt that priest i found him in the woods, but only today i found out i should go investigate about that priest to the farm north from skalitz, but i wasnt, and when i go to the farm now i cant interract with those people, is there something how to save this catastrophy? bcs mean while i almost completed everything else

about mehojed: when story took me to merhojed i have decided to do some side quests and plague killed people there, and now i cant buy horse there, the is horse merchant tho but there are no horses at all.

prettly please someone help so i wont loose my progress and i can bring rovna and mehojed back to life

Merhojed goes back to normal (kind of) after you finish the plague quest and interrogate the bandit. Also, the quest to find the priest Simon (?) is separate from Merhojed farm.

Just get a horse from different stables and focus on finishing the plague quest first because it is timed, the Skalitz job quest is not timed and can wait.

well i progressed too much with a game that bandidt who stole sword in the prolog is already dead. and i also finished johankas dlc and alll other quests, all treassures and so on. so thers no way for me to go all back and load it from some save

If I understand correctly, you want to finish Father Simon quest and the people north of Skalitz won't talk to you?
They will talk to you only if you accept A Man of the Cloth quest from the lone guy in Rovna. If you have it in your quest log, you can bypass the villagers north of Skalitz and go straight for Father Simon. He is located west of Skalitz. Follow the river into the woods.

I didn't pay any attention to Merhojed quest and everybody died as well.
The village gets repopulated (and rehorsed) eventually. But it took a lot of time in my playthrough. Better buy the next best horse elsewhere.

I didn't see Rovna get back to life though. I think it stays a ghost town no matter what.

The thing is that i was talking in sassau to priest of skalitz about returning there, i think he promissed he will, and when i was passing by rovna (without starting johankas dlc yet) I talked to lonely guy there about that priest and quest seemd completed (i got notification about it) when i was playing johankas dlc, i couldnt talk to lonely guy anymore so i googled father simons location and talked to him about sick guy. and now i cant talk to father simon, lonely guy nor the people at farm north from skalitz, I wanted to gain reputation in rovna by that. Is there some way to andjust save files so i dont loose my progress? or is there new game + ?

and father simon is still in the woods, those guys who were there with him atacked me when i got there so i killed them, but father simon is still there

It seems that you approached these quests in an unintended order and it bugged.
The reputation in Rovna will stay 0 all the game.
I don't know about adjusting saves. I would say it's not worth the bother. There is no NG+.
