Should I kill poachers or not?

Should I just ignore them or arrest them or what?

You can't arrest them, maybe it was planned at one time but then dropped.

If you really like you can provoke them to attack you first and in order to kill them without any Reputation loss, just stand there for a minute. I always ignored them.

And there are 2 poachers traders, I think. One called himself "wayfarer butcher", it was funny as hell.

I would rather kill those huntsmen, I never seen any until I become one and they harassed with their search attempts, even when I had no meat on me, while I was doing Main Quest business. Can't stand those.

for most of the times i've run into a poacher, if you don't move along they have attacked me

so, i welcome the opportunity to train myself, and i am sure to take what was theirs
