A bug that was never fixed or Just me

In Talmberg, when lady Stephanie wakes you, my henry is always missing or sitting mid air.

Dont remember always having this problem, but after testing 6 new starts. Its been glitched out 100% of the time.,

Actually kind of bugging me, Is it fixable?

Could it be due to HD textures. Theres also things like slight clothes clipping and the shoulders being invisible or missing.

Ive no mods installed either

Another one I consistently have is our father saying to stop standing idle, and what are you doing? When you are to fetch the nails for theresa.
Even when youre actually talking to her, he continues on in the background


Tried not skipping any cut scenes or dialogues, doesn't seem to make any difference

in my game, my interaction with Stephanie that night has always been very buggy

it's better if i don't interrupt the cutscene, but once i interrupt it, the graphics bug out but it still finishes the dialogue

so, you're not the only one ?

Do you also play with HD textures?
Might try disabling see If that helps.

I'm relieved to know I was not the only one. This tiny detail drove me crazy to the point I stopped playing, I tried everything to no avail but nothing worked. The reason I was so focused on this is that I used to have an old PC where this never happened, it happening on a newer more potent PC simply disappointed me. HD textures has nothing to do with it.

On another note, I can say that my old PC was a Nvidia/Intel, and my new one is an AMD. Maybe that's a clue?

I encounterd this with an NVidia card as well so it seems to be a bug as well as the clothes which now are way of the charakter model. It wasn´t that bad back in the days at least not in my memory that one can see the body model of Lady Stephanie with missing arms in her clothes which kinda kills the immersion partly.

What has happend and do we may get a fix? I´d like to play the game with the DLC´s which i never touched and then go on with KCD2 but when there are more scenes in which the clothings are that big of a misfit nowadays I think I am going to quit the game because of the immersion which most likely will fly out the windows every time I can see the body model of NPC´s under the misfitted clothing.

I´m sorry for the english as it is not my native language and some things are easier and other aren´t when one is not used to write or speak in english.

It used to work perfectly fine before the last patch.

This yeah, I think one of the 1.9x patches broke it... but I dunno, been using mods since 2018 (50 current) so my game's always a little broken.
