What struck me the most was when Henry's mother grabbed a sword in defense but didn't withstand a cuman's blow. Because she is a mother, not a warrior.
but for now i've booked you a dentist appointment with Mr Curb <3
whats wrong with those kids today???
I don't relate to Henry even though I've had to deal with the death of a parent. He's someone else's story. His parents' murders were written as soon as I saw them. They felt like plot points to me.
Maybe someone whose parents were taken too soon might be able to relate better.
In KCD2 there appears to be a lot of actual social interactions with Cumans, rather than just combat, dunno how Henry would react to "friendly" Cumans. It's going to be interesting role-play, for sure, especially after A Woman;s Lot and the Pilgrimage.
