Good sir, much fortune to you!
That is a top tip thanks! cant wait for 2, I actually came back to game after 2 years of rage quit because i failed to calm my ADHD back then and actually train with Bernard xD so in a fight with runt i was useless.
I loved the game and even more so now, but hardcore was kicking my ass untill i learned to read the map
Happy to help!
Good deal, glad you were able to get your meds leveled out so that you could come back and enjoy this gem. Hardcore mode adds such a layer of immersion to the game by removing the player icon from the map, and fast travel all together, plus the negative perks are fun to manage.
Somnambulant is by far my favorite I love seeing what interesting places Henry will wake up in and imagine what escapades he must of been up to while sleep walking.
As far as reading the map, honestly after you play long enough you wont even really use it anymore, but yes at first it is a little challenging gauging the distance between places for sure, though I think the scale is quite on point once gauged.
I have the waking up in random locations haha, it is funny though sometimes damm annoying lol
