"Drunk" perk effect in dialogue?

Recently I am leveling up the drinking skill (one of the last along alchemy). I notice at some point Henry acts like drunk in dialogue scenes when not affected by alcohol, but acts normal when Henry drinks a little. Anyone knows which perk makes that effect or is it just a general phenomenon when Henry drinks too much? (typically no food and only drink for a while)

That KINDA sounds like the "Loose Tongue" perk. It gives you a +50% bones to Speech and Charisma when drunk, but drops those same stats by that same amount during a hangover. So if your Henry has that perk, and he sounds normal when he's had a few, it COULD be that we're just hearing him from the perspective of whomever he's talking to.
