You can't read any books unless you've learned to read or selected the 'scholar' perk. The moment you've learned to read either way, you can't get the achievement anymore. As far as I know there is no real achievement to finish the game as an illiterate, only the 'trial and error' achievement for rebuilding Pribyslavice while unable to read.
In fact you can't finish the game without learning to read if you have the Hans Capon DLC, as he will force you to learn to read in that storyline.
