Hans Capon is FUN

I just need to write it down, whoever played Hans Capon is just all around pleasure to listen to because for once in a video game it seems like the actor understands what role he plays and what is the context of dialogue. I mean, I'd say voice acting is pretty good by video game standards here pretty much everywhere but Capon actor is just on the next level and I'm having a blast hearing him play. Not the usual generic reading of lines.

I guess I should also give a high note to the person responsible for voice actors like director, stellar job of clueing in people so they can perform.

Haha, I can certainly understand your Henry - reminds me of Joeffrey in Game of Thrones tv series who's acting was just so good that I loved hating the character since actor performing was just do damn good in his range of playing up his cruelty, childishness and stubborness.

I just played through the hunt and there was one line in particular that made the impression on me - I woke up Hans too soon and the way dude performed was just lovely, especially his irritated insult thrown in at me, hope the guy had as much fun playing the character as I do have listening his interpretation

I really don't know, and never thought about it, will the game just end if Hans isn't rescued?
Maybe the Cumans will ransom Hans after making him their b_tch?

That dlc doesn't get a lot of love but I thought it was fantastic. I giggled my arse off all thru the Cyrano De Bergerac bit - I thought it was brilliant writing. They did a similar bit in season 3 of Blackadder and Capon reminded so much me of Hugh Laurie as Prince George.

I agree, love the character.
I also really like that the first time I played the game I thought he was an 4sshole before the hunting quest, and when we came back he felt like my buddy and I liked our banter instead of it feeling like real taunting.
Just like it seems to be implied Henry feels before and after that quest in the story.

If you've ever watched the Adventures of Merlin TV show you'll see the comparisons between Merlin (Henry) and Arthur (Capon). There's a video on youtube that shows scenes that are way too similar to be a coincidence, even down to their clothing, first storyline and playful Lord and servant cheeky comments to each other. The first time they meet is a carbon copy of the Merlin show. The fight, Henry saves Capon's life, Henry becomes Capon's servant. They even look the same. The exact same storyline as in Merlin. Don't believe me watch the first episode of Merlin.
