i need some help

hey guys i need some help, i dont think its a bug its probably just for me.
i am currently doing the mission "The hunt begins" and i am suppose to search the bandit to find gingers pick, but the only option i have is to mercy kill the bandit, which does nothing as he has godmode or something, i cant search him, what should i do?
(i am talking abot the second bandit

minute 25, you can see that the bandit dead but mine just stands and is unkillable, what can i do)

I'd try using sneak, equip a weapon and then attack or possibly go see if you can talk to Bernard to progress the quest.

You'll be best off redoing it from your previous save, it'll go quicker than you think now that you know who to talk to and where to go

Correct !!! When you felt something goes wrong, just load the previous safe file. I had experience that for the story part I need to bury parent, then the small boss bandit appear & look at me for few minutes and he just don't talk
