Potions and poison
I know how to read and stuff but I am wondering.. Can I use poison for arrows so there is one hit one kill?
Can I also put poison to the soup so plp will die? If not, what is the most harmful stuff out there?

I have not done anything with chemistry /alchemy bench yet.

yes you can drop poison into the pots in the bandit camps and they will die, or the lullaby postions and they will sleep

You can definitely poison weapons, but you can only poison 1 arrow at a time. So you can't poison a batch of arrows then shoot them constructively without re-equipping each individual poisoned arrow after each shot, and you require a whole bottle of poison per arrow. Poisoned weapons, however, stay poisoned for a duration so you get more value out of that. And yes, you can definitely poison soup and make people die. It's very effective in many parts of the game, you can also make sleeping potions and make them sleep instead for sneaking if you want the Merciful achievement.

I've used poisoned arrows. If i poison a stack, I've had 3-5 arrows tipped with poison from 1 potion. Not very many, so gotta make em count, but not 1 at a time.

I assume multiple potions of the same type and arrows of the same type combine will stack on the same type of poised arrow. If not, i kinda have to count how many i fired or i'll be trying to shoot air arrows and play air guitars and chew bubble gum at the same time.

Edit: Also, I've been able to retrieve and reuse a few of the poisoned arrows from the downed bandits

The main difficulty is not being seen, which is effective at night, not so much in the day. And even still, the enemy will run in the direction the shot was fired from, so it's a constant retreat/kite situation. Gotta keep in mind that there's nothing from moving backwards. And of course, because it's night, when they dowse their torch, visibility drops drastically. i occasionally only make out silhouettes when there is no other light source around.

I suppose, this game is geared more towards mellee combat. Might as well start training those skills. I've recently found out that Bernard, in Rattay(combat arena NE) is a great trainer. And the activity Do Me a Favor - Punch Me from a guy called Milan is a cheap legal way to train unarmed combat.

Poison on weapons and arrows can be very effective though use the bane poison not the regular one which is too weak.

Bernard also trains unarmed combat though for some weird reason it is listed under the wooden weapons.

For one shot kills with bow, go hunting and practice. Level up it's skill level and few others so you can use the Cuman (74) bow or alike. With that weapons you can actually one shot most enemies, or few more when they're heavily armored. No poison needed.

I accidentally applied a Marigold potion to some of my arrows. Not sure what will happen now. Do I shoot people to heal them?

havent tried it, but i read in a thread somewhere that yes, the effect of the potion will be applied to the victim of the weapon, even buffs and healing, so be careful
