Who killed Alphonse ? "Let the Game Begin" Quest (Dice Tournament)
I'm doing the quest of the Hans Capon DLC, and more specifically, the one where you have to find Hans Capon's family necklace. The quest is called "Let the game begin" (french > english translation), it takes place in a camp of bandits where a dice tournament takes place.

I talked to everyone, I won the tournament, so I got the necklace and all the dice from the players (pickpocketing), I looked everywhere for clues...etc. A few clues (shoes and dice) suggest that the culprit could be Mladota, but ultimately the evidence is thin and insufficient...

This quest would have been botched by Warhorse ?

The game offers me all the bandits in the camp as the culprits (including the servant) when talking to Lord Anselm, and then what clue leads me to believe it's one or the other, except for Mladota, these are both dice AND boots (not dice OR boots).

And since there are 2 necklaces as rewards, we can't know which of the necklaces comes from this or that person, just like the shoes or the dice that could have passed from hand to hand...

As for Pechuna, the one who can get out of the camp, apart from this information, I don't have much...

So, as I am redoing the game (including the DLCs that I had not done) to have a good backup (save) in anticipation of the release of the next Kingdom Come, I would like not to be mistaken in case there is a continuation (in a way) to this story of bandits...

It's definitely Mladota. If you lose to him and accuse him of cheating and challenge him, he talks about what he did to the last guy or something, pretty much confessing.

Sorry but it's Pechuna. I think it's Blaha who says he put up a necklace for the dice game prize and Mladota never left the camp.
In the long run, it doesn't matter who you accuse of the theft.

Well he obviously lied since he has his boots and dice. True that it doesn't really matter though as nothing really comes of it.

It's deliberately ambiguous who did it with no absolute answer, but Mladota is the most obvious culprit. Just put a bane potion in the soup and let god sort out the guilty ;)

No one can confirm that Mladota never left the camp. Obviously, he doesn't have the right to do so, so he wouldn't tell you. Him having the boots and the dices seem like a solid proof he's the murderer.
