Treasures of the Past: This is just armor. Do it whenever you please. It's a treasure hunt of the sorts.
From the Ashes: Village Building. Probably best played endgame after the main story? There'd be spoilers if I tried to explain more.
Tournament: Anytime. This is just what it says. Adds tournaments to the game that gives rewards.
The Amorous Adventures of Bold Sir Hans Capon: Do it whenever you feel like you (personally as the player) feels comfortable enough to think that you're friends with the mentioned Hans Capon.
Band of Bastards: Endgame like the From the Ashes DLC in my opinion.
A Woman’s Lot: A dlc from someone elses point of view. If you plan on dating Henry's "leading(?)" lady, it feels canon to ask her about this and start the DLC.
(Warning, once you start it, you can't exit the dlc mission till you finish it or reverting to a previous save. This can be very annoying to some people so make sure to have a backup save to revert to since this one can be very boring to some.)
So is it just A woman's lot DLC that you cannot exit until its finished or all the DLCs?
You can keep playing the game once the main story is finished? Thats useful to know. So many games just stop once the main story is done.
Side note. While A Woman's lot is the only dlc that you can't exit till it's finished. It is recommended that you don't dawdle around when doing the "From the Ashes", and have tons of gold. Taking too long finishing objectives might have you end up failing to complete the dlc due to---- well the mission failing. I'm not sure if Band of Bastards have timed quests or not so you might want to ask around.
