Hope it helps.
P.S.: Since you have only played less than 30 hours until now (as I said: I read your review from today) it is obvious that your player character has not yet learned how to fight. Try to understand that in this game you don't start as "god of war" but as an ordinary boy who never fought before.
Use Better Combat and then tweak the values to your own liking.

Edit: To affect master strike frequency, edit their priority:
<row perk_id="01c3b32a-5751-4c98-b6ab-258d02370382" rpg_param_key="CombatAutoSPBWeight" rpg_param_value="0.25" /> <!-- AI 'Master Strike' priority; Default = 1.5 -->
Ah, so what level do I unlock the perk where my sword doesn't phase through the enemy? Do I need to master a strike in order to collide with physical objects?
No amount of leveling up fixes the fact that the combat mechanics in this game are bugged to high hell.
Unless I was not clear enough, if you actually read my review then you'd understand that the issues are not with how the game itself is intended to function, but the fact that clipping literally inside of enemies, or swings quite literally gliding THROUGH their torso without making any contact is not ideal.
No mechanic should ever deliberately make attacks pass through an enemy, nor would it make any sense to just "improve" your character so that future strike have a chance to not pass through their torso as if they are a ghost.
Thank you, I will check that out
If this is not only loudmouthing, but you really mean it that way. If clipping is - as you claim - your only problem with this game: Then my advice to uninstall the game was rightly given. Because there is no mod to solve these kind of „problems“. So uninstall. Or be true and tell us if you have other problems with the combat. Which would be intended by the game design, with what your player character is still such a newb who hasn’t learned to fight.
People don't like the combat mechanics, there is no perfect game. I am also wanting a mod. You don't need to play the game to end game to realise there is something fundamentally broken with movement and combat in the game.
You have no suggestion of a mod or to help, just leave this thread and find a topic you can help someone rather than do whatever you're trying to achieve.
Begone, mouthbreather. Go and level up your gym stat while we search for solutions that will fix this clunky mess of a combat system, or make it less infuriating.
Just play something else if you really think it's that bad.
