Band of Bastards not starting

I have deleted all DLCs, tried reloading the quest, tried restarting the quest, verified game files and nothing. I have the opening cutscene where I meet Kuno and then instead of proceeding to the dangler fight, im left in an empty camp with nothing to do.

Did you speak to Radzig who sends Henry to guide the band around the territory...
Sounds like you missed a step and didnt complete prior quests first.

Did you try skipping a day or two? Sometimes this works for me to initiate quests that aren't prompting or working when they should. Could be a case of some triggers not going off or weird npc behavior.
