Unable to build anything in Prybislawitz

Hey everyone,

I put 50k in the chest next to Marius, I've allready build lumberjack and the bridge, now I wanted to build additional buildings, but Marius says I have to put money into the chest. Well, as I said, there are 50k in the chest, more then enough for some more buildings and everything else.

But as soon as I click on "I want to build something" he responds with that I have to put money into the chest.

Is that a bug or something? Once again, there 50k so 50.000 Coins in the chest, the buildings I want to build costs only 4k, so 4.000, which would left 46.000 Coins in the chest.

So why the f**k cant I just build it?!

Many people have unique bugs in KCD. Have you shut down computer, rebooted, and restarted the game? Had to ask.

Could be a stuck script. Sleep for 24 hours and see, or leave and fast travel somewhere, then come back a day later. If really stuck you may have to go back in saves one by one until it works. These are all common troubleshooting steps to try, so remember them for next time.

At worst it could be a bug baked into the game saves right from beginning, nothing but a new game start might correct that. I had one of those first KCD play thru.

Have you done the "buy supplies" quest? You can't build anything whithout the proper supplies. Also, some buildings require other buildings to be completed before you can build them.

Was the chest empty at some stage and were you prompted to put money in there for daily maintenance costs (workers, Marius ...)? Because if yes, you have to wait a while after you put in the money. You will even be prompted again to continue building as far as I remember.
In the case of missing supplies, he usually says: 'It's impossible. Check in the ledger what you need.' or something like that.
