clothing looks to big?

I've just started playing and it looks like the clothing on npcs is to big. It floats over the npc's shoulders. No mod. All DLCs.

Yeah, a lot of clothes don't fit perfectly on the models, and armor makes everyone look like a beef cake. Just a small quirk, but it is noticeable.

Might just be the only way they could overcome items clipping each other, especially with full armour consisting of several layers (and granted it still isnt perfect with clipping)

One npc wearing an apron..... It was just floating around their body... I haven't seen this since modding fallout 4 for the first time.

I don't so much notice or even mind loose-fitting clothes and armour. There are some items of clothing on NPCs which are so tight that the elbows clip through the garment which I find quite jarring. Onr slight annoyance also is that there are some helmets which haven't been modelled in such a way as to account for Henry's ponytail ( I always go for that haircut) and the ponytail clips right through.
