Just do off vsync

I haved less 20fps and less 20% use CPU/GPU i do off vsync now i have 100fps 50% CPU use and 100% GPU use

The game uses Cryengine, search for performance tweaks for that; the big hogs are shaders and game physics... Performance will still be wide range around big towns, major stutter not so much graphics related (lots of AI loading...), so unfortunately lower expectations from other games - KCD not optimized well.

For me it was just vsync the problem, as soon as I deactivated vsync I gained 100fps

For me it's no vsync, no motion blur and smaller screen resolution.
