Stuck In Honeyed Words

I'm at the point where me and Sir Hans are at the church yard outside Karolina's window, and Sir Hans is asking me to hide and prompt him, but I can't find anywhere to hide, unless I go too far away and the game prompts me to return to Sir Hans. I've tried hiding in the closest bush, behind a wall (just got a bunch of loudmouths walking past blabbing "who's that", "is someone there" and other such nonsense, but Sir Hans didn't react to me hiding at all, and the next part of the quest won't trigger.

I've tried looking on the Wiki and it's no help at all, it just glosses over that part, saying absolutely nothing other then "just hide" basically. Hide? OK, where? Where the heck do I hide? What am I supposed to do here?

I'd appreciate any help anyone can give me on this.

I honestly can't remember what I did, so I guess it had to be something like just going below the window or hiding behind a bush, nothing to difficult. Therefore I guess it's bugged, try reloading an older save file if possible.

I've tried that twice now. This quest's been going on for a while as I was also doing several other quests at the same time, so all my saves at this point might be from after I started the first or 2nd part of Honeyed Words. I've already tried reloading from a save just before I started the poetry part of this quest and got the same problem twice now.

I can definitely confirm the quest is bugged.

I just found this video on YouTube and it looks like what I was doing is what I was supposed to be doing, and the game's just not triggering the cut scene like it's supposed to

I guess I'll have to look up Warhorse's support info and get some help sorting this out from them.

I've sent a bug report to Warhorse, hopefully they're tech support team will be able to help me get past this impasse. I've been enjoying the game and story so far and would really like to be able to get back to it ASAP.
