Fix Rattay Tourney Reputation gain and make the Ruin quest repeatable

Seems there isn't much in the way to increase reputation with the Rattay guards. Winning the Tourney didn't do anything to my reputation and the Ruin quest isn't repeatable.

It sounds like you've lowered your Rattay guard reputation by stealing from Rattay citizens because you incorrectly thought that you could raise your reputation with the guards later via other means.

similar to overall trader reputation, the starting reputation with the Rattay Guards is based on Skalitz Prologue performance, whether good or bad.

in one of my most dark prologues, upon reach Rattay, my starting reputation with all Traders is +34, and my Reputation with the Rattay Guards is -34 (yes minus 34).

the game is still playable, and a bit more difficult

Have you tried paying the church? The only other way is skirmishes involving Rattay guards. I think the only one is east of Ledetchko on the way to the miller. Could try farming that. Just don't loot any of the dead as they will try to arrest you.

Paying the church only puts you at the bare minimum to interact with the citizens and guards. About 15 reputation with guards for instance. It just takes you out of the negatives.
