Does the paycheck (wage) of Pribyslavitz's ledger has any importance?
The title is self explanatory I wonder if I pay him more he does a better job or if I pay him less he does a worse job, this effects the outcome of the story? Any experienced players with this quests? Thank you so much in advance!

Are talking about paying Marius ? The Master Locator ?

Guessing you are talking about Marius, i have overpaid him and also only given him a "less of an increase" - both result in the same thing, but one costs less.

I haven't tried giving him no increase, and i cant find anything definitive on the web about making him accept what he agreed to with Divish (which in truth should be what he accepts, since he reports directly to Divish). Perhaps only a Reputation hit, but minimal effect ?

I think it takes a speech check, but now i'll have to try to gouge him and see how that goes - lol

Well, I pursuaded him to accept the original wage you mentioned about (original sum Sir Divish offered him) and no reputation loss happened it is 100 at the beginning. I wanted to learn if it effects the storyline outcome in some way like if you pay less he does a poor job etc.

Thank you for your response!

I've always viewed it as a relationship thing - Henry gives him a bonus as a thank you, and he appreciates Henry.

Ive always worried that it matters, but if it doesn't, then it's just more money for me.
I am just at the beginning for now it seems not to matter

What you pay Marius only has a direct effect on the settlement's profit margin. Pay him more, you get less, and vice versa. No other effects.
Hey, I have another question. What is that triple human heads symbol stand for in the ledger book. You can see it in this picture in the left page.

Population. Added or taken away from the hamlet by various choices made and buildings ... built.
So 1 means added and -1 means taken?

There are 2 symbols - the "triple heads" represents how many Citizens are involved with that activity. The Coin Bag with 3 floating coins shows how many Groschen is Costs ("-") or awards ("+").

I have never seen anything involve negative citizens though, although perhaps some Judgements are recorded that way ?

I think Judgements are recorded in Rathaus building page

Thanks, so I decided to ban illegal hunting and in the summary section of the book or the ratthaus section (I can't remember). There is 1 point under the triple heads next to the banning of illegal hunting line.

So does that mean I am assigning a man from my menpower pool to deal with this problem or does that mean this decision earned me a new settler?

According to the website i linked - for Poachers Judgement - "Punish them" cost "-1" Citizens - so that means one Citizen ";left" becuz of your judgement - probably got hung.
Thanks, that helped a lot.
