Verify Integrity of Steam game files ? -> google it
Update all drivers ?
Restart windows , and do NO shutdown, and try again.
Don't use any performance boosters they are crap anyways.
Your Bios doesn't do any automatically overclocking ?

I did suddenly have no table, chairs and such so did a verify and that fixed it. It seemed working before that, but hard to say. The rest I'm working on checking.

Also beware of background processes that may cause game instability:
1) among top 10 troubleshooting, always turn off steam overlay
2) turn off other overlays like MSI afterburner or similar
3) know what's running in the background and shut it all down...
4) as already mentioned (since you have a K chip) disable OC in bios.

An overclockable chip, make sure it isn't overclocking from the BIOS.

Same with the GPU, overclocks can be unstable and cause apps and games to crash.

I did alot of testing and tweeking and I believe turning of XMP profile in bios was the one thing that fix my problems.

Got more tips if this dont work for you.

Try seeing what you can find in the Event Viewer logs (local) next time it crashes, it'll show you what errors were thrown at that same timestamp of the crash.

k updated BIOS and everything I can think of and rolled back OC.....so far so good, but random so going to need some playtime.
