Sasau Monastery

Hello dear KCD-fans
Does anyone know if it's possible to become a monk in the Sasau monastery, before the main quest takes Hendry there? If so, what skills must Hendry have and does he need anything else?

Yes, but many players have a love/hate relationship with that particular quest "Needle in a Haystack".

I ended up just killing them all on my last play through, from what I remember - I've not gotten back to this point just yet on my current save. I'm pretty sure Henry needs to at least know how to read.

Who in his mind would go as monk into a Sasau Monastery. I did this quest twice(in normal and hc), next time I rather just erace all of them. This is most frustrating place in whole game.
