What are the 4 side quests integrated into the main story?

"There are 29 Main Quests, with 4 Side Quests integrated into the main story." quoted from the wiki.

I know All that Glisters and A Needle in a Haystack quests have side quests in it, the Zach and Ota feud, the drinking monks in the cellar.

So, I wanted to know all of them so I dont miss experiencing any of them in my 3rd playthrough.

I would assume the Merhojed quest is another one. Generally, when side-quests are integrated into the main quest, it means you can't really avoid them, so don't worry about missing something.

One of them's "Pestilence", which takes place in Merhojed and in Sasau Monastery. The other three are most likely "Nasty Habits", "The Trials of a Novice", and "In the Cloister". "Nasty Habits" is the one that involves the drinking monks. I doubt the feud between Zach and Ota counts, as it's not the only means of learning the information you need in that particular quest.

You could miss some of them like Nasty Habits, I have to do cleric's pet achievement to know the quest exist.
