Wielding longsword two handed?

I've mostly used shield with longsword while playing KCD. Just out of curiosity, I ditched the shield off. Do you make more damage while using two hands, or is it the same?

Oh duckey, I love using 2 hands on my longsword. You get better action using 2 hands and it really swipes the men off their feet once you slap them with it. Very powerful and it thrills the ladies, and some men in the taverns!

I would never come to the idea, especially with this combat and FOV, to ever use a shield... you can barely see anything and feel like a one-handed man

Shame the sword is merely decorative. The real weapon is the bop stick. One bop, one dead knight.

as others have said, it's not recommended to use a Longsword with a Shield.

The "Longsword" (in KCD) is a Two-Handed Weapon - using it one-handed with a shield reduces it's effectiveness.
