Report a translation problem
I'm trying not to be too judgmental, but you wouldn't be the first poster who downloaded a 'really great start' savegame from the Nexus and then post here in the hope of someone giving him a hack to side-step the missing DLC's. As I said, unless you have loaded and re-saved your game on an installation that had the DLC's, the game can't even know about their existance, so, no, the problem cannot have 'happened suddenly'.
although, maybe a previous save ? you should have a few previous saves if it's ur game.

C:\Users\[username]\Saved Games\kingdomcome\saves\[playline(#-1)]
p.s. the more i think about it, as long as you have a savegame from before arriving in Rattay, i would guess that there is no influence from any DLC
one guy in the comments has got fix for this problem!! i have just tried it and its working!
