this savegame require DLC: treasure of the past+from the ashes

i cant load game since they want me to have those dlc. but i never had any dlc bought in the first place since i just purchase the base game only. and this savefile is my own, i dont download it anywhere.

what should i do.

You contradict yourself. If you never had the DLC's and the saveganme requires them, then the savegame isn't from your install. The savegames are stored in the cloud, so the only explanation (other than implying that you#re lying) is that you loaded and played it on a different computer that had those DLC's. Did you by any chance load your save on someone else's computer?

thats what im confused, when i first play the game until rattay, it have 3 dlc activated, i just guessed that it come free or something, but today's thing happen suddenly, and i cant play my save unless i bought the dlc.

it totally is my savefile, from my own computer, i just have the base game. why would i lie, what benefit do i got

I'm trying not to be too judgmental, but you wouldn't be the first poster who downloaded a 'really great start' savegame from the Nexus and then post here in the hope of someone giving him a hack to side-step the missing DLC's. As I said, unless you have loaded and re-saved your game on an installation that had the DLC's, the game can't even know about their existance, so, no, the problem cannot have 'happened suddenly'.

i dont even download any savefile from nexus or anywhere else. its 100% from my own gameplay. it just weird, i just bought the dlc at full price just now because of this smh, i dont want to restart a whole new game

assuming this isn't some sort of bug, thenonly choice is to start the game over, or purchase the DLC i suppose.

although, maybe a previous save ? you should have a few previous saves if it's ur game.

p.s. the more i think about it, as long as you have a savegame from before arriving in Rattay, i would guess that there is no influence from any DLC

You only need to activate the DLC Treasures from the Past in your Steam client. Any saved games with the same DLC content will then become available to play

If you have screenshots contact support. The game saves at key points so you could always try reloading back to a point that you didn't have these problems, though since you bought the DLC your save is most likely broken beyond repair now, contacting support and giving them proof that you didn't just download a save to skip the prologue (this should be a new game option at this point, just like hardcore mode) may get you a refund (not likely) or maybe a partial discount (this is more likely, but still not definite) for the DLC you bought.
