Im just curious what makes this game larger than Elden Ring

Well the devs bloated up the size of the game recently with mandatory language packs which I believe can be deleted after they are downloaded but they are mandatory to finish the game's download so that definitely contributes. Before the language packs it was a bit below 80 gbs.

thanks i just found like 10gb worth of foreign lanmguage packs lol. can i delete all these french/russian etc language packs without messing up my game?

Go here:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\KingdomComeDeliverance\Localization\

Delete all files that have a filename with a Language you don't use.

Game still plays as usual - i deleted 14.2 GB

I'll just quote from a different thread but yes you can. Might have to prevent kcd from downloading files automatically though, since it might detect the deleted files as missing and try to download them again.
