Kingdom Come: Deliverance

The Woman's Lot DLC is one of the worst DLCs for any game ever
Just an awful few hours that i had to go through. It surprised me too because when she said it's a long story, i thought she was about to talk my ear off. Not make me re-live her feeding chickens, picking weeds, and fetching flowers and other trash. It was like a compilation of all the worst parts of the game with absolutely nothing you do in those few hours impacting anything to your actual gaming experience. I would pay $4 not to have played that.

I thoroughly enjoyed it (and enjoy it again each playthrough), but I do wish they would've put more warning what you were getting into before doing it so new players didn't trap themselves right at the beginning of the game. It was the last DLC, so the game had already been out for years before this one came.
Really? What's enjoyable about feeding chickens, delivering beers, wandering through dark caves, and sneaking around in darker night looking for flowers? None of the character progression meant anything. Not even sure why they added it.

Feels like i would have been better off spending those few hours in the training yard with Sir Bernard. At least something of value is happening.
Well, I take it that the chickens and beer part only lasts a few minutes for most people, and the rest is supposed to be role-playing, "immersion" and "stealth."
I actually liked having going into the mines, I found it very creepy and mysterious, but they didn't really take full advantage.
Then again, I'm someone who spent a ton of time in the Monastery trying to get everything right and restarting it a bunch of time to see what happens when I try various things.
the cave stealth was tedious. I did not like the last part stumbling in the dark trying to avoid cumans and getting bandages and herbs at all! soo glad im done with that. The rest was ok imo

Because it was designed well for a White Christian woman in that time period and didn't "give in" to disgusting "woke culture" and this is what women were doing during those times. I enjoyed it from that perspective, I enjoyed it from playing KC:D in a different point of view, seeing Theresa be worse than Henry in everything. It was fun seeing more of Skalitz before it was razed and its people. It was fun learning more about Theresa's backstory and the millers.

"The DLC adds multiple new features to the game, first is the introduction of the houndmaster skill, which gives Henry the ability to bring Mutt with him on his travels. Mutt can hunt, search for interesting spots and even attack enemies as a distraction with the right perks. This provides Henry with the closest thing to a fellow companion on the road. As a side effect, dogs can now attack Henry if they turn hostile.

The main features however being the two questlines added by the DLC, Theresa's and Johanka's. While Johanka's questline is more traditional, and similar to the quests of The Amorous Adventures of Bold Sir Hans Capon, Theresa's questline changes from the regular quests as you get to control Theresa instead of Henry when she recalls in a flashback her side of the story of the Sack of Skalitz."

Theresa's story is not the only thing the dlc adds
I enjoy role playing games such as Medieval Dynasty, and I really enjoy seeing more of the map before the Cuman invasion. I thought it was a fun change from all the sword fighting of Henry.
The Woman's Lot is by far one of the best DLCs I have ever played, especially Johanka's story. If you don't like immersive story-telling, character drama, or role-playing (that's what the RP in RPG stands for), then you picked the wrong game to play.
I have to say the main part of A Woman's Lot with Theresa was pretty well done, but I don't think it fit the rest of the game. You go from an action RPG to an adventure story where you don't really do anything but find the correct spot to stand in to continue the story. Though I did manage to get Theresa a few Cuman kills. I have only done it the one time and I doubt I will ever do it again. I didn't hate it...just doesn't feel like it has any replay ability to me.

For me the worst part was you did a fairly lengthy side quest while doing it...and then you are "rewarded" with a shield that isn't even all that good.

I am not a fan of Mutt at all though...I am by far a dog person, but I can't stand the constant barking. It just takes away any fun from training him up. it is like they picked the most annoying bark for him that they could find.

This was REALLY annoying.

Apart from that, and a few bugs it was kinda ok. A bit boring at times, but the overall story was ok. It depicts the day in the life of a simple woman, you shouldn't expect some Wonder Woman superhero stuff.
I wont say that is a bad DLC because i found some good things. But Johanka as a character is the worst by far! and this is one of the awful things of this DLC.
I play as a paladin, do the right and good for everyone. There was no one kill i did without beign at risk, i never stole stuff. THE ONLY time i go to jail was for protect Johanka from that douchbag at monastery, the one that was a total moron, but the stupid johanka not only have sex with him she tell that she have no one around her?! what the ♥♥♥♥!? i never want to be close to her but i was there, healing everyone on the infirmary, bringing food, money and stuff, and the brother Nicodemus and other priest was there helping too. Even Mathias was in a town near, but she decide to ♥♥♥♥ that douchbag and claim that she have not anyone near! then when she get a room and free stuff then cut up with him and blame me for being a sinner?! FUG YOU LADY.
I hate the way the character is writter but hate more that the game doesnt have count my really good actions, or at least a way i cant show her the truth about her hypocrisy.
I didnt finish the quest yet, ill help her in front of the inquisitor to not be killed i guess because I'm playing as a good guy, but if i can i'll totally tell Mathias what she did, hopefully he save from that toxtic crazy witch.
I wouldn't mind this DLC so much if it came with a warning that you were going to switch characters when you launch into it. The first time I clicked on it, I had just come home from an annoying day at work and wanted to go kill Cumans and bandits with Henry. Not knowing what was actually coming, I thought maybe Theresa was going to tell a story which would lead to Henry tracking down the specific Cumans that attacked her. But no... you're forced to go creeping around in a mine to help idiotic relatives whom got themselves into a situation they can't get out of themselves. I hate fixing other people's idiocy irl. I don't want to do it in a game.
Just play KCD 2,,,its get a lot of much more annoying story lines ((its not overall nonsense but some ..shivver Magix Musa i really wish the option to skip it from start)..still waiting for a hotfix for all the bugs at KCD2 and so long i ennjoy Hunt down Kumans and ..take Political Correct at that Time Revenge for my killed Family ..and for Johanka true..their schould be a better way for her
This thread was quite old before the recent post, so we're locking it to prevent confusion.
