This game doesn't have Steam Workshop.
OP wants to play the game presumably via Steam Cloud Play on GeForce Now so Nexusmods probably won't work on Geforce Now/Steam Cloud Play as I believe Steam Cloud Play accesses mods via the Steam Workshop only. Although I may be wrong.
Yes it would, if you play a game on GeForce Now and that game has mods on steam you can play using mods!
Okay and I was correcting you on saying "even if a game had a Steam Workshop it wouldn't be available that way either" as that is 100% incorrect. If a game has a steam workshop then you can most definitely use the mods on the workshop on GFN. So your followup comment is redundant.
No problem, I will mention that some games still have slight issues even with mods from the workshop though if playing on GFN. There are workarounds but it's better to do some research before just jumping head first into modding a game on GFN. You will also have to unsub and re-sub every time you start a new session with games that don't have their own in game mod mismatch system.
