Weight limit fluctuating?

I just noticed that the carry weight limit goes up and down a little bit. Is that how it's supposed to be or is something broken?
I'm thinking maybe it has something to do with energy perhaps?

A debuff that lowers your strength will lower your carrying capacity as well, such as an injury, sleepiness, and so on. Took me a while to notice certain debuffs myself.

Ah okay yeah I may have been a little bit sleepy it was just before dark that I noticed it. However it was going up as well, I became over-encumbered and it went from 78 to 80 and then when I got rid of some stuff it went back down to 78. It was doing all of this slowly it didn't go 78-79-80 it went 78.1, 78.2, 78.3 etc.

Does it do this for you as well?

The more strenth u have the more u can carry. If u drink alchole u will gain strenth max to 2. Stroring things on your horse is the best solution, 450ish weight max (Troyl horse + noble saddle)
