If you go to speak with Johanka now she will probably be cross with you. I'm not sure if you fail the quest but it will affect your rep with her which can have detrimental effects later in the quest.
Edit: If it's in the morning then Johanka will say in the cut scene that she wants to go to the market immediately due to more people being at the market implying a sense of urgency.
If it's too late in the day, she won't say that but will ask you to come in the morning. The key words are morning and urgency.
also when i reload the save and tried to wait or sleep to another location wake up or wait in the middle of the monastery still there is no quest marker or anything
If you 'bully' the game, the chances increase that you will introduce situations and outcomes that the AI was not designed to handle. And the chances are near-as-nevermind certain that at some point those problems will corrupt the game and you will become increasingly subject to 'bug's and 'jank' that was never part of the game.

You are forbidden from sleeping in other people's beds. I can't say for certain but I wonder if perhaps this has caused the game to glitch-out slightly.
What time was it when you woke up in the monastery and what are the current quest objectives?
It's possible although unlikely as the monastery interior/cloister is related to a main questline entirely separate from the Woman's Lot DLC.
You aren't allowed to sleep in an NPC's bed. Doing so will usually result in the owner waking and chastising you. It could be possible that this has somehow affected the scripting of Johanka's behaviour and broken the quest... although don't quote me on that.
I think it's more likely that the issue here is the thrust of my first response to this thread. Have you tried talking to Johanka in the morning to see if there is a dialogue option available for going to the market place?
