Combos are very hard to land. I only managed to land the 3-combos and even then it is rarely due to perfect blocks or dodges.
Most of the time I just wait for an enemy to attack so I can riposte it (free damage on the automatic counter attack) and do a one or 2 quick attacks. Repeat this boring process until the enemy dies or the player dies from starvation.
Other than that, it is a really boring combat due to all perfect blocks and automatic riposte damage.
The other solution is just pick a bow and fire while walking/running. Much easier and faster.
after a bit, I noticed that even if I did nothing, they couldn't harm me, either, (except the archer, but by the time I figured that out I had back pedaled to the point the archer went idle and went to sleep at camp)
and it's not really a full, "T" pose, the arms are lower angle, like less than 45deg out from the sides, but it just snaps the character model to it anytime the ai attacks, and freezes like that for a few seconds until, i guess, the attack action is timed out and then goes back to what could be described as 'aggressive walking'
doesn't even animate any attack action from player, either... I can only guess I'm doing the same 'T' pose
I've seen Bernard glitch into a T-pose once.
But all NPCs T-posing is a seriously damaged game. Remove mods and verify files.
