Baker is better than butcher IMO because dried food has unlimited shelf life and all the deer/boar/hare meat can be hauled there, then put into long storage and won't rot
Armorsmith is better IMO because unique sword is mediocre but unique shield is the best in the game, you also generally loot much more expensive armor than weapons, so another point to sell armor is more important
As for Guardhouse vs Stables, I see no need to replace Jenda but I do want the unique bow, even if it is bugged now
Had to save game next to him and reload it, so his AI reset, so he was standing for a few seconds before going back to sleep and I could talk to him
Also, I'm not sure but for achievement you need to make exactly 2,000 g per day. Have to save before doing Judgement and go for specific monetary outcomes
