earlier in the game i dont really remember when i was robbing all houses in ratae and killing everyone in them so i also killed carolina in the house of the man who sells meat.so when come to sir hans capon in amourous adventures of sir hans capon dlc he gives me the quest to give th neckless to Carolina but the mission autofail straight after start

......... I am pretty sure that what you do when you are supposed to do when you try to give a necklace to someone that is dead is rather obvious. You fail the mission and that is it. You shouldn't have killed her if you wanted to complete the quest.
