Boar Hide

Hello people. I took an activity from a guy in Tamlberg. He asked me to skin 3 boar hides. I already unlocked the "tanner" perk, and killed some boars, but they never drop hide, only meat. Any ideas?

A similar thing happened to me, then I realized that I had restarted to a point before I took the tanner perk. So, first double-check.

However, it's not a guarantee that you'll get a hide with the perk so it could still be RNG.

I have that perk for quite some time, would lose a lot of progress though

Maybe knife must be in inventory

Bandits often carry boar or deer hides. Look for them when you loot them.
