Thanks. Bought it + DLC from GoG.
Enjoy, it's a really good game, one of my favorites
Surprisingly good.
I like the slow pace of the game and its combat. I'm a little fed-up with combat in most modern games were it's just a blur and you have all these crazy leaps and powers.
Funny how this game seems to run well on old machines but has problems with new builds.
I like the game, I just want it to run well. I even went as far as buying on steam as well as GoG.
I just wish they had made it on a better engine or spent more time optimizing it because I keep getting pulled out of the immersion with one issue or another.
I think it's caused by a conflict with my G-sync monitor. I am trying different settings in a attempt to smooth things out. For instance I had very bad input lag which I cured. It's all a case of finding the right settings so my computer talks nice to the game.
From what I've read, turning off G-Sync will improve performance greatly.
I still had screen tearing at 80 fps - so i set VSync to On which cleaned up a lot of visual issues.
Be sure to set to Window Borderless though, to avoid a problem with Cutscenes.
