No dialog or training with Sir Robard.

Hi,
It is my first time playing this game, so I don't know if a bug or not.

I have success for escaping Talmberg really quickly (jumping by the bridge) the next morning and without do the side quests (as to speak to Sir Robard or to take a horse).

Now I'm again at Talmberg, after Rattey, but it is impossible to speak to Sir Robard, and for start a training. Is it a bug? Or his training is far in this game? Thank you. I have not started a training with him before as I was gone from Talmberg. My reputation in this town is 50.

Dialog with Dame Thifaine works well and I have wedding quest.

I use a mod for remove totally compass at screen, a mod for that all the npcs are nonessential, a mod for to have x2 timescale and not x15 (as the game is) and a mod for to save when I want.

You have certain mods which are typical of lazy, impatient or incompetent players and although those mods MAY be the cause of your problems; I doubt that's the case.

My guess would be that you haven't yet completed the local Rattay objectives set by Captain Bernard...... would I be correct in assuming that? Once you complete all missions assigned to you by Bernard, he will instruct you to go and speak with Robard in Talmberg.

Try to avoid skipping ahead. Even in a largely open world RPG, you can't always get what you want (quoting Dr House quoting Jagger).

Why are you going to Robard for training? The quest clearly says to go to Bernard in Rattay. Well first you must go to Radzig to then start the right quest. Just follow the main quest and you will get your training.

Robard will never actually train you... you can purchase level-ups from him in mace and defense (I think) and maybe one other skill, But neither him nor the guard that is actually standing in the Talmberg arena will engage in physical combat or training

At least do that main quest to do the training, then talk to the Bailiff and leave it there.

I just assumed the OP meant "level-ups" from Robard as they are also training.
