There plenty more but rather not share them since I dislike how they are not replaying to anyone in their comments nor even tried to explain how they did it.
Btw I will look into nvidia ansel.
She said there probably is a mod out there that already done this, and she is confused why no one simply said in the comments that it legit "unmodded" mechanics they were using.
Anyway I might make a video of it, since there still active people searching how to do it.
Oh yea I tried that mod, it was legit just a text file tutorial how to do it. But it was whacky as hell, also the NPCs was flying. (Because it was actually just a tutorial on HOW TO FLY)
First you need to activate DEVMODE (STEAM: “-Devmode” as launch option)
Then use P_Fly_Mode 1 and P_Collisions 1 to be able to go trough walls….
Make sure you are above the ground when exiting. And Use P_Collisions 0 before P_Fly_Mode 0 to not fall trough ground!
Well once again, this is flying, not free camera.
But no worries, I already got it fixed. I asked my friend to check the game data and she said there was no "Free camera" but there is a mode where you can DETACH your camera from your character. Which is pretty much the same (Except you use your scroll wheel to fly around)
Anyway I can't close this discussion since I can't mark my own answers as the answer.
also this newer mod for anyone who stumbles across this post
