Is fast striker worth it?

I've never used it in 2000+ hours of gameplay

But i'm sure it does what it advertises in the math - but that doesn't guarantee a hit. It is all a contest of skills vs. RNG

From what i've read, "Fast Striker" is meant to be used with other perks to create a different feel, but it's all rather irrelevant since combat is so easy later in the game

Personally, i'd rather do more damage.

I agree with DargonBlak, but then again I tend to go for mace and shield for more hit power.
