Oil based potions very likely need to distill.
Lullaby Potion
Helps you to fall asleep by reducing Energy to 0.
Oil
Poppy 1x
Thistle 1x
Herb Paris 1x
Drop the poppy in the cauldron and boil for one turn. Add the thistle and boil for one more turn. Leave to cool, then add the herb paris.
Here you pickup a vial and pour it into Vile complete process holding E. Does that brew it?
If not you will need to distill it.
Here's all the recipe explained better.

I have a few videos still making them. But here's how to use the distill process

Just brew potion no distill ( for a larger video screen click on the URL above video)

Thanks for trying to clear this up. However, I'm trying to make the Tiredness potion, which is different from the Lullaby potion.
But the "leave to cool" part you mentioned is interesting. This may be one of the unmentioned variables I was referring to. Is it necessary to let things cool in between adding ingredients? Also, is it possible to "overboil" things?
No you cant over boil.
since you need exactness
Tiredness Potion
Drugs you to a comfortable state of inner tranquility, giving you time to restore your strength. Avoid using around people, as the Tiredness Potion inhibits your communication skills.
Oil
Chamomile 1x
Poppy 2x
Prepare oil, a handful of chamomile and two of poppy. Boil the poppy in the cauldron for one turn. Grind the chamomile. ( Add the chamomile to the mix and boil for one more turn. ) means just turn the hourglass one more time
The first time I made it...only part of the recipe appeared in my cook book...I had to make it again (or maybe three times) before the entire recipe was there. So i think it is supposed to work like that, but in your case had a little bug in the process.
I'm guessing it was removed and replaced with the "Lullaby" potion, which seems to have the same effect.
The only reason I was even trying to make this particular potion in the first place is because I had simply googled "Kingdom Come potions," found a list of potions, and picked one that sounded easy and that I had the ingredients for.
