Pribyslavitz rathaus guard

I can't sleep anywhere with this guard waking me up, and telling me to get out.

There are random villagers sleeping in there as well. Where am I meant to sleep?

I was tired, I just followed Mirka from Merhojed to Pribyslavitz, was a nice walk in the forest at night!, only got jumped on twice and nearly jumped myself, when Mirka said "WHAT" out loud

All good fun except for that guard!

Upgrade the Rathaus fully in order to have access to Henry’s chest.
I prefer the house near Rovna East and up on a hill its empty and used to belong to a hunter I think.
The view is beautiful and the house has chicks, two eating cauldrons and some other extras even a chest though it doesn't connect to Mill it doesn't lose your stuff.

You have a bed in Talmberg
Many free beds everywhere even in Rovna in the forests camps
the monastery sick area free bed.
Inn Talmberg. costs 2 groschen. And chest links back the Mill.

I have the Rathaus fully updated, but no mater where I sleep, someone comes and kicks me out of bed. Would have been better if they had a sleeping bag to carry around.

You are supposed to use a tent that you start with if you build in a specific order and have guards they need a bed. HAve you built a guard house?
The Rathous has a stable with your straw bed on the floor level one

Make sure you are sleeping in the one that says sleep and save. If you have built the extended Rathouse, it should be next to your chest upstairs. You could always sleep in the tavern, there is a sleep and save bed there too.

Thanks for the replies, I sorted it, I killed that guard. I also killed Matthew and Fritz they got on my nerves. Fritz is a big baby I shot him in the leg with a bane arrow, and he shouted GUARD, ALARM, and ran like a baby.. I can't help myself in this game. I just get the urge to kill everyone..
