Unable to add HD Voice Pack and HD Texture
Whenever I click Download on the dlc page, it just launches the game and does not add the dlc.

I have restarted steam as well, and it still will not add it.

None of the DLCs besides the main five show up for me in the DLC tab.

I think you need to add them to your account using the store page first. Try to refresh the page with F5.
I think I figured out why I was having an issue with the game. I do not own it, and cannot add dlc to it. I am using it through steam share, so my mate would have to own it for me to use it. Just a bit of a brain cloud. I don't use steam share much, so I didn't even think that I couldn't add free DLC to it. Whoops

I do the share thing also.You need to download the two HD packs separate,even if the other member all ready did and has them enabled.

So by download separate ,you need to get them off a torrent or mega by someone else who uploaded them. {LINK REMOVED} you can get them

No, what I mean is that my mate who has the library I am playing it from, he never got the free dlc added to his library. Since he hasn't done that, I can't add it either.

I have heard mixed things about 1060s being able to use the hd texture pack, but I would like to have the higher quality voices. I'll just ask him to get them added to his library, which would allow me to download it.

No even if he has added it ,you still can not use it.Just go to the site I posted and read,things will become clear,maybe.
