Kuttenberg Executioner
Now I finally understand why the Rattay folk snubbed Hermann and invited the Kuttenberg Executioner instead. He must be the laziest git in all of Rattay.

In a recent playthrough I delivered Lord Ronow to Rattay jail after "all that glisteres", and he ended up sharing a cell with Reeky from Ledechko, whom I had delivered there weeks before. Oh and in the next door cell was the Cuman from Budin Mill. What the heck does Hermann do all day except carrying baskets of wood to and fro?

There is a side quest with him where you get together with a nice lonely crying woman.
Make Hermann happy

That one is before the Executioner Heinz quest though. But maybe his new woman is the reason why he doesn't do any work :steammocking:

Only if you screw up that quest. If you don't screw up, Johanka's found innocent.

They just might be more lenient in the Rattay fiefdom than Kuttenberg. All the talk of execution could just be a deterrent. Other than the fact they never execute anyone you capture but even if Henry kills multiple people he only ever gets jail time.

So maybe they're just serving time like you, but longer. Longer than any time you could possibly spend in game.

Outside of his quests and you robbing him the only interaction with him I can think of is if you don't have first aid and try to fix the guys broken leg at the monastery. He teaches you how to put bones back in place because it isn't "proper" for an executioner to be on monastery land to do it himself. So... that's something else he does. I guess.
