Missing Codex Entries

So I am at the end of everything of the first playthrough. The last thing to do is to read the codex (as well as dating Theresa for a few more times, and maybe unlock all map icons or stuff that is not listed in the objective system). Anyway, here is the list of codex entries missing:

While I guess some stealing or jail related entries are unlocked by doing the crime myself, I am not sure how many others are unlocked. Like baker - I have spoken to bakers countless time and I am surprised it's not unlocked.

My game is done with many mods, mostly standard stuff, but as I can see other entries are unlocked without problem.

I might be wrong but I believe condex entries are unlocked through mentions in conversations with NPCs.

In my experience, it also happens if you to certain places or do certain things.

Yes I forgot about that. Does it also include reading certain books too?

I will check the book list, but I am surprised I haven't unlocked "tournaments" after being the champion for maybe 10 times.

Maybe it's a good mod idea for unlocking all codex

I didn't get the entry about Hasenburg either. It's so strange really.
