GTX 1070 Low FPS

Hello.
i know that there is tons of discussions/videos/guides for this topic and i have tried a lot of them
non seems to get my FPS above 30.
i didnt play the game for a while more or less since version 1.3
and i was thinking to jump in for a fresh start . i DID NOT change any settings because i used to have about 40-60 fps before on high settings and i was fine with it.
now i have some setting on medium and still it is bad very bad. inside towns i have about 15 fps
in open areas and forests about 30 max , i dont know what has changed in version 1.7 but it kinda ruined the possibility to have a nice quiet game time .

PC SPECS:
i5-6600k 3.5ghz
16gb ram
GTX 1070 8gb
144hz screen

Current game settings (after few hours of changing things):
Vsinc: off
AA: SMAA 1TX
fullscreen
Effects: high
Lighting: Medium
LOD: 90%
Object distance: 85%
Object quality: High
Particles : High
Physics : High
Postprocess quality : High
Resolution : 1920x1080
Shader: Medium
Shadows: Medium
Textures: Ultra
Vegetation Details: High
Vegetation Draw: 20%
Volumetric: High
Water: High

* that is more or less the most optimal i have found to be and still on 20-30FPS
* Pardon my English (not my first language)
* it used to be more or less optimized for me before and a nice looking game
now it became just unplayable.

I have i7-4770, gtx 1060. In 1920x1080 50-60 fps, at 3840x2160 25-30 fps.

So, possibly problem at you side.
Try delete and reinstall the game? Check cpu-gpu temperatures? Check for viruses? Try to install old nvidia drivers (399 and older)?

Hey, I know how you feel because my game runs pretty bad too, but have you tried setting your launch option to force-enable RAM? It might not help everything but it surely gave my game a bit of a boost, especially in large towns.

4GB “-heapsize 524288”
8GB: “-heapsize 1048576”
12GB: “-heapsize 1572864”
16GB: “-heapsize 2097152”
24GB: “-heapsize 3145728”
32GB: “-heapsize 4194304”
64GB: “-heapsize 8388608”

So what you want to do is go to steam -> right click Kingdom Come: Deliverance -> properties -> launch settings

So since you have 16GB of RAM you'd put "-heapsize 2097152" into the box.

It gave my game a small 10-15 fps boost for my 24GB, so it should help a bit.

yeah i did the RAM thing and with it , it has about 20-30 fps
the strange thing that when i was playing it couple mounths back i had about 40-60 somethimes 70 .
i reinstall the game and still nothing .
every other game works fine

Alright......soooooo i took the pc apart entirely clean everything i could
then clean up some programs and other junk on the C drive (where windows is for me)
now everything runs fine on high/ultra
weird....but seems to work
