Fans go crazy
Im loving this game(favorite one since witcher 3) and took a little break from it a month ago,

But i noticed(this is the second time,it also happend 1 1/2 month ago) the fans started to speed up like hell, my PC even started to make a constant Wistling like sound till i shut it off(the pc).

Can i still enjoy this game without having to worry about breaking my PC?

If you will play on medium settings and turn off anti aliasing you should not worry about the game it's the most optimized settings for now until they will update the game and add new optimisations there is no difference between high and medium setting still looks good and its more playable

Maybe it's time to clean the coolers if it's a desktop PC.

Posting your specs would be a big help in determining the issue.

I was utterly confused halfway through your post thinking you were talking about the fans of this game. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Go into your video card settings, look at the temperature threshold and see what the value is. It will probably be around 75c. You can use the driver software or download a program like msi afterburner to manually set fan speeds. This will allow you to keep within the temperature range you want/is ok for your card (do some research on temp limit for your card) and you can play around with the fan speeds to see where it starts becoming audible. For instance, my rx 480 fans start making noticeable noise at around 1900 rpm, so I have my fan speeds set to 1850 under load unless it exceeds 75c.

Also would be a good idea to get a hardware monitor like hwinfo64 to keep track of gpu usage, temperature fluxuations, and spikes in power draw.

Hope this is helpful, good luck. Fan noise can be a real annoyance.
