Marigold (rarely used, and never made nor bought any - an ample supply collected from looting).
Digestion.
Cockerel.
Nighthawk.
Bane. (useful to have - but be very careful to not accidentally consume).
Lullaby. (Safe to 'accidentally' consume - but best to be not too far from save haven).
Preserver (Allows the consumption of a single piece of 'rotted food' without injury and with the health benefits). Seldom used, but useful to have an example of along with the 'good' food types which have short life.
Saviour Schnapps.
The others I used for quest related tasks (Artemisia, Bard, Antidote, Embrocation).
You can safely buy any and all recipes that you want (there is little shortage of funds after the very start of the game, so these are at least a useful money sink) - or you can only buy the potions that you want to use in small quantities.
I tend to not use one if I don't need to, and use food and sleep instead of Cockerel or Marigold, unless I have a 'specific' plan in mind (such as spending a few weeks in game making a 3d plot of the mines, surface features of the Skalitz area). Saviour Schnapps is the single most common potion I have used, and even then I prefer the sleep cycle saving.
