Sasau charlatan location

Where is the charlatan? I want to start the miracles while you wait quest but he's not in Sasau. Do I have to do something?

If its late he may have gone home. He lives in a farm house south of the church. I think south anyway, not looking at a map. If you run away from tailor, past the church, keep going that direction
