Open the playback devices on your bottom right click on speakers ok it worked for me
Or quite game and restart

checked or unchecked in your Windows sound settings?
you can find it here:
) Press Windows+R.
) Type mmsys.cpl into the run prompt, then press Enter.
) Right click your speakers or headset and select Properties.
) Click the Advanced tab.
) Check the box for Allow applications to take exclusive control of this device.
9) Click Apply, then OK.
make sure its checked and then start the game.
-edit: if its checked already try it unchecked...
in case you have a dedicated soundcard or maybe some special gaming headset that may need software you should give some more info about your sound setup.
